During his five years as a Deputy Prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, James tried cases on every level from murder and robbery to drunk driving.  He also spent over two years in Drug Court trying major  felony dealing and possession cases.

While in private practice, James has continued to handle cases ranging from misdemeanors to major felony charges.  He continues his outstanding attention to client service and aggressive representation.
